Coaching at Tennis at King's House

Dear Tennis Members,

I hope you have all enjoyed a relaxing break and valuable time with family over the New Year.

We have made some updates to our tennis club booking system and we would like to make you aware of an important change regarding coaching on KHS courts.

In line with LTA guidance, the KHS must be aware of all members who provide any form of coaching on KHS courts. Any member offering coaching, whether paid or unpaid, is required to hold LTA Accreditation.

As part of this process, coaches will be placed into a different category on MyCourts once their accreditation/safeguarding documents have been verified. If this applies to you, please email tennis@khsenterprises.co.uk and we will follow up from there.

We have already spoken to a select group of coaches who are aware of this change, and they will be on hand to help moving forwards.

Normal member bookings will remain unchanged.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

Add "khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.

Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email

Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Tennis at Kings House <khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Tennis at Kings House <khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
