Christmas Opening Times and Entry/Exit.

Dear All,

We hope you are well and looking forward to a wonderful Christmas.

We wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone and to share an update regarding tennis arrangements over the Christmas period.

Court Access
Courts will be open from 8:00am–4:00pm. Lights will not be available. Please check the MyCourts calendar for opening days and times.

Clubhouse & Facilities
The clubhouse will remain closed until 5th January, when we will return to normal operating hours. There will be no access during this period, and all buildings will be locked and alarmed.

Access to the Club

The Barnes Bridge gate will be locked at all times.

Access will be via the front blue gates only (code: 2385), accessible by both car and foot.

When exiting by car, please drive up to the gates.

On foot, please press the green button, located on the side of the electrical box to the left of the gates.

General Reminders
Please ensure courts are left in the same condition as you found them and play sensibly at all times. The grounds are monitored by 24/7 CCTV.

If you experience any issues, please email tennis@khsenterprises.co.uk and we will respond as soon as possible. Please note that the office will be closed over the Christmas break.

Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Tennis at Kings House <khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Tennis at Kings House <khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from khstennis@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
